I found auto complete the slowest way tbh. If you just go into a battle and press all troops then f6 it makes you give a bunch of AI commands that level your tactics quickly. ONLY if you're going to turn death/birth off, then age 50 for extra attribute/fp is okay, otherwise, with death and birth on 20 is best because it takes a long ****ing time to reach high skills so you want to use them for a long time before you die. They now diminish at an exponential rate, which was a terrible idea. You can still get to 300 in a few skills (Perks) fairly easy. However, you will be waiting for the heat death of the universe if you want to max out several skills. As of right now I pick Attributes that have two or more skills I want in them.
