Actually I dont teleport to anywhere when i click go to the dealer, I buy a truck and when i exit the menu i continue playing where i left. I was in estonia and I bought my 4th truck from a dealer from norway but after buying it i just continued from estonia like nothing happened. Ok, so I remember wrong, sorry.

The higher the level of your drivers, the easier it is to gain this achievement.
By the time you can afford your first garage, you're going to want to move. Luxembourg is a great first location. Low fuel prices and lots of close-by cities to trade with. Buy a garage in a good hub city and move there. Once you've moved, sell your starting garage. Buy your second (and third, if you can afford it) trucks and put them there.
