Sex scenes are fad to black and everone keeps their cloths on, no rape, there are a few exposed boobs but turning Nudity off will censor it. there is also a fight with the Daughters of Lerion where she has her boobs out but just the stuff mentioned above. No, you're pretty safe. Violence but nothing sexual or rapey.

e.g. you skip cutscene where protagonist is speaking to a quest-giver. Small pop-up box states "Eivor, after speaking with village elder, has been tasked with forming a small band of raiders in order to pillage for much-needed village supplies" Would give those with low attention spans a summary of what they just skipped.

And, for what I understand, don't matter now because it is resolved in the comics. So yeah, you can skip it in a heart beat. The game is the less Assassin game of all. Unity, on the other hand, is the most Assassin game of the series. Beware of performance though. Edit: The most interesting thing about Black Flag is a lot of people like it.
Head gear fine if it doesn't cover the face and can't see facial expressions. That was one of the changes made from Origins, like if Bayek were wearing the black hood outfit during discussing forming the Creed with Aya you couldn't see his pain and seriousness because his face was covered by the shroud so it was a bit immersion breaking.
You can skip it, but I would highly recommend you dont. If you are playing the game the story will hit you so much better, and every philosophical debate the game gives you will be much more thought provoking if you are the one investigating and killing these targets, the twist at the end will be much more engaging and the cliffhanger ending will just give you more hype to play 2.
